The Beginning

In May, 2019 I celebrated 4 years of being in business! Pretty crazy… The first iteration of my business was called Little White Dress. I came up with the idea when I was engaged and looking for a little white dress to wear for our engagement photos. I knew exactly how I wanted to look. Not only for our Engagement Photos but for my Bridal Shower, Bachelorette Party and Rehearsal Dinner too! But I was busy and distracted by work so I didn’t have the time to scour the web and going to the mall wan’t even an option.

I knew I couldn’t be the only bride-to-be saddled with a hefty to do list and an appetite for perfection (and cute lewks).

My first idea was to create an online boutique and sell little white dresses for all the events surrounding the wedding day. But first, I wanted to work directly with brides to better understand their needs and preferences. So instead, I started working with brides to source all the special pieces for them and help them style the perfect looks.

As my business grew and my clients evolved, I added personal styling to my services and changed the name to Trousseau Style. It’s been an incredibly rewarding 4 years supporting my clients as they walk down the aisle, define their personal style and invest in their personal growth.

The PopUp Shop

Before long, I felt pulled towards my passion for retail and I was ready to make some changes once again. I made a trip to New York to start the process of curating a selection of beautiful clothing, and, the PopUp Shop concept was born!

The idea of the PopUp Shop is to provide an easy, one-stop shopping experience with a truly unique assortment. We’ll have clothing and accessory items that are perfect for the events surrounding weddings, and beyond. Some of our featured designers include, Gal Meets Glam, Camilyn Beth, Lisi Lerch, Llani and more! We’ll have sizes ranging from 0-18 (depending on styles) and prices ranging from $15-$300.

I’m so excited to partner with Chick Invitations & Design to host this first PopUp Shop! Chick has been designing wedding invitations and day of goodies for over 9 years. They recently opened a retail store in Old City, Philadelphia with the cutest gifts for all occasions, especially everything surrounding weddings.
