I’m so excited to share our one year anniversary shoot featured on Style Me Pretty today! Most of our love story takes place in Philadlephia – we met, dated, fell in love and live in the city. But after getting engaged on vacation in Oregon, we decided to return to Oregon for our wedding and engagement photos. We thought our first year anniversary would be the perfect opportunity to capture a little bit of our Philadelphia love story.

We started by visiting some of our favorite neighborhood locations in Old City. We had so much fun walking about the city remembering our first year of marriage! Next, we headed home for a replica of our wedding cake made by Nutmeg Cake Design, rosé and to read the “messages in a bottle” our guests left for us at our wedding. We laughed and cried reading through the funny, thoughtful and some cryptic messages (too much wine?). It was such a meaningful way to celebrate our first year of marriage and we’ll cherish these photos forever.
